The Homeowners’ Association

The HOA is a non-profit corporation whose purpose is to manage the business of the Corporation for the mutual benefit and protection of the homeowners.

Although the HOA owns no property, it is responsible for common areas and equipment. These areas of HOA responsibility include landscape maintenance (shrubs, grass, and trees), the landscape irrigation system, pool maintenance and on property fencing.

The HOA convenes monthly meetings all year with open attendance for all owners, the April meeting also includes annual membership voting for all five BOD positions.

The Property Management Company

The BOD hires and supervises the property management company.

The primary duties of the property manager includes the collection of monthly HOA dues, deposit the funds, bill payment, provide monthly accounting reports to the BOD, obtain competitive bids from contractors, coordinate projects with the contractor, and document preparation for all legal affairs through close coordination with the HOA attorney.
